Ayyy it's decent
So I don't think I will have enough time to do line art so it's a bit sketchy.
So anyways Fascinator would be the Contest Idol of some region with his contest star Espurr. A.K.A they beat all five categories of mater rank in Pokemon Contests and kicked out the previous idol.
He would wear different outfits in the different categories (cuteness, cleverness, toughness, coolness, and beauty) along with Espurr. The outfit shown above is just regular clothes.
Before being an idol, he was a renown trainer with his closest friend Espurr. But after an accident, he lost his memories of being a trainer and rather than battling took on contests.
Despite his contest star pokemon, he has won contests with other pokemon. His other team members specialize in one category. A Froslass (Beauty), a Noivern (Cool), a Rapidash (Tough), a Cinccino (Cute), and a Chandelure (Clever).
Because of his attendance to contests, he has a large field of many types of berries; most of them being rare to make good pokeblocks and poffins. Fascinator also had a lot of practice in creating pokeblocks and poffins since he had to raise his Espurr's contest stats all the way up. Now, he's practicing in baking pokepuffs.
As you can see, Fascinator loves to spoil his team.
