Why hire mooks that will surely fail when its easie and grants better results to just promise Homer a doughnout box if he steals the Dime (Or threaten to fire him if he doesnt obey)? Watching the entire series I realised that the only thing that stopped Homer from taking over Earth with his amazing powers (invulnerability, superstrenght, savviness, anger...) was his natural stupidity!
