Inspiration to create happens at the shittiest of times, let me tell you.Lil speedpaint. Jirachi, or as I call her, Jichi. She's got curls and blue ribbons (like the old sprites used to have. <3).

It took a loooooong time and quite a few layering tricks to get this quickly up to speed.
