It does this because it has seen humans pollute the ocean and other Pokemon in the sea be hunted down. Due to this, it has a strong distrust towards humans. It is known as "The Ruler of the Depths" and is theorized to live in a beautiful underwater palace. Its tail has beautiful scales that glitter in the light and can be used to blind its foes. It's also equipped with sharp claws and a sharp tail fin that can cut through rocks. It is the only Pokemon capable of learning Sinister Shanty.
