Okay, so this is another Teen Titans reference (from the first Terra episode, btw), but this is basically part of how Rosie's first meeting with Darkwing and co. went down, when they visited her garden after one of the Macawbers mentions that cousin Rosella could help them with some sort of issue they're having.

Basically, when they're wandering, Rosie pops her head out of the ground to greet her visitors, and is almost stepped on by Launchpad. Then after she introduces herself, she just leaps out of the ground right onto a startled Launchpad and then just fires away her questions for these strangers on her turf.

She didn't get visitors very often.
