As rough and tumble as you can get, Rudy is an aficionado of all things country with the guts to take on the world. He's a one-man rodeo, riding and lassoing and wrestling are among his many talents. He's even a good sharpshooter, given anything that he can shoot or launch with. And when he's camping out in the wilderness he'll be over the moon. He has a bunch of energy that he needs to release, so if he's unable to go outside, he gets stir crazy and his already hot temper gets touchier. Oftentimes, this leads to clashing with a sibling (usually his sister, Reagan), and hogtying them so that they stop bothering him.

Despite having a temper that's like wildfire when set off, Rudy could be considered a sane and down-to-earth soul in his good mood. At times, he exudes an air of coolness and confidence that demands respect from his peers--though he doesn't always get it, given some jerks who sneer at his general country aesthetic. Joke's on them, he's a junior rodeo champion and can take harder hits from animals than whatever excuse for a punch them yellowbellies can throw.

He's not afraid to show a soft side, though. He's pretty playful with his younger brothers, and even if he and Reagan don't always get along, he'll be the first to defend her if she's threatened. He loves animals, like horses and chickens and his pet pig Clint especially, and he'll often be outside playing with them or showing his affection for them. He'll even catch a lizard or snake when given the chance. And of course, he's musically gifted, strumming a guitar and singing a song on any given evening as a way to relax. He's usually the one asked to play carols on his guitar and sing during Christmas, to which he happily obliges.
