This picture is an illustration for a story I'm working on my Fiction Writing 2 class. Mum's the word on what the story's about, but I can tell you that the guy underneath the tree is not the main character. He's more of an antagonist
I think I spent about 6 hours working on this....I started over a few times, because I wasn't sure about the lighting....Oh well....It's done :3
The text says "Under the Fairy Tree" in Japanese...("Faeri no Ki no Shita").
3 hour lineart + 6 hours in Photoshop CS = 9 hours of fun(?)

I dunno why but I mostly like his left hand o_o; prolly because I can't draw hands at really weird angles and you can. XD But if I stop being an idiot and take my eyes off that, then the rest of him is awesome too. Lovin' the expression and his ear
