Hi, I'm wondering if I could use this picture in a school project I'm working on? I need to collect pictures of mugs to bind in a book. And of course I would credit you.

This is when I was still making them thick too so it insulates real good. Plus the whole danger factor with the "oh crap Im going to poke my eye" thing

I like the barbed wire idea! Good combination of sculptural ideas with a "functional" piece. I do feel like maybe the handle sits a little high on the cup, but perhaps it is just the angle of the photo. Awesome concept, either way!

it is high but I did that to make sure I had enough clearance for the barb. It fits the hand well there however.

thats really cool. I love doing things with clay. I made a clay pig in the 8th grad and it looks bitchen. lol, but its very nicely done.

I love it!!
The coloring is great, and really highlights the wire...

this would be a good tool in trying to get yourself to stop drinking coffee/tea. that barbed wire is excellent. i also really like the colors.

I love the rust effect and the colours on the mug. Can you actually use it?

totally food safe. I used more conventional glazes on the inside to insure a smooth finish so funk wouldnt grow so easy. The wire handle looks more nasty in person, the picture doesnt do it justice.
Thanks
