Rafael Ferrer is an American actor and voice actor, born on March 23, 1960. He is also a brother of the late Miguel Ferrer, and a cousin of George Clooney.In a career spanning almost 30 years, Ferrer has frequently provided voiceovers for various promos and commercials. Compared to his brother Miguel, his career-opportunities have also been surprisingly limited. However, he was previously able to showcase his talents by voicing Pencil in HBO's "A Little Curious", Spirodon Scorpio in FOX's "Archer", and Darth Malik for "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic" and "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords".
