David Kaye is a Canadian voice actor.

In 1989, he first starred as General Hawk in “G.I. Joe”, which was a DiC animated series. He took on a variety of voice roles since then, as well as made guest appearances in some live-action movies and TV shows.

But, it wasn’t until 1996 that he gained recognition, which was by starring as Megatron for the computer-animated “Beast Wars: Transformers”, a role that he reprised in the show’s sequel series, “Beast Machines: Transformers” and for three anime series based on the franchise. He also played various other characters in the Transformers franchise afterwards. Significantly, he played the part of Optimus Prime for “Transformers: Animated”, which made him the first voice actor to voice both Optimus and Megatron.

Outside of the Transformers franchise, Kaye is known for voicing several characters for various animated Marvel programs and the “Ben 10” franchise. Other characters he voiced include the newsreel announcer for Disney-Pixar’s “UP”, Clank for the “Ratchet & Clank” film and video games, and Arishem the Judge in “Eternals”.

Beginning in 2018, Kaye became the official voice double for Miguel Ferrer after his death on January 19, 2017. He first began by alternating between recordings by Ferrer as the Stretch Monster in “Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters” in Season 2. Then, in 2019, he succeeded Ferrer in the role of Vandal Savage in “Young Justice” from the third season onwards.

I got this one from Facebook after discovering Kaye's account on there. However, I was not satisfied at all with how light and bright it was, so I decided to tone the lighting on it down in order to help it be easier on the eyes. I also cropped the picture down to cut out any parts that I felt weren't necessary to include. So yeah, quite a bit of photo manipulation took place with this one compared to the others I shared.
