Jared Butler is an American voice actor, writer, podcaster, cosplayer, and entrepreneur.

In the animation industry, Butler doesn't have too many voice acting credits. However, he has frequently provided as a voice double for Johnny Depp, mainly for video games. He filled in for Depp as Jack Sparrow in Kingdom Hearts III, the "At World's End" game based on the "Pirates of the Caribbean" film of the same name, and Disney Infinity, the latter which he also took Depp's place as Tonto. He also substituted for Depp as the Mad Hatter in Disney Infinity 3.0 and the "Alice in Wonderland" video game, and as Rango in the video game of the same name.

As a writer, he co-wrote the screenplay for an R-rated movie called "Blood Money", which was released in 2017 and starred John Cusack in the lead role.

In addition to this, he's also a co-host for a podcast called "Drinking & Thinking", as well as a co-founder and co-organizer of the "Wasteland Weekend" festival.
