I swear there is NO editing here! (well, I won't lie, I cut the image to make it square).
I was preparing myself for a photoshoot, and after I painted one eye and put one of the contact lenses, I was like, 'woah, makes a difference'. Had never really realized until now. Pale perfect skin, blue feline eye, big lips. And then freckled face, brown eye, no eyelashes.
Bam, cleaned my right side and took a picture. Sweet.
Just look at what make-up can do.

Have you ever had people stop and stare at you? Literally stop what they're are doing to stare at you because there is something wrong with your face? Until you have felt that pain and humiliation don't tell people they have to show the world who they 'really are' because in my mind, the person I really am isn't a scarred girl, it's the girl smiling with a little bit of makeup on to cover a childhood trauma.

The difference is amazing! It's all like one side stands for 'natural beauty' and the other for 'artificial beauty'. ^^ Really cool.
I have a little question: where did you get this blue contacts? I have brown eyes myself and most colored contacts just won't cover the brown while other may cover it but make me look like a little monkey. :/

Clearly there is nothing wrong with your looks, but this is a great example of how much makeup adds to a model's. I find this inspirational, perhaps a message for us all to remember when we look at ourselves in the mirror, we're beautiful, we just need a little makeup.

Once my brother told me that he didn't think I looked any different with or without makeup. I did something similar like this, but just with mascara and eyeliner, and he went: "O.O... put the other half on." Lol!!

I did what ~ivanprz did and covered each side, in turn, and looked at each half. I have to agree that there's a huge difference between the two, but they are both still beautiful. The make-up side just looks more faked to me, like placing a barbie doll next to a strawberry shortcake doll: both are pretty but only one is naturally beautiful, the other is plastic/fake. Somehow knowing it's fake makes it seem less appealing than the side without makeup.
That said, I hope I don't offend anyone either, I'm just being honest with what I see.

It's sad, as much as we all have our own true beauty I think even the most empowered feminist HAS to admit that there's no beating the addition of good ol' face paint. It allows us to amp up our own features in ways we never could naturally. Your brown eye is actually SO PRETTY though. It's the same warm, golden brown as mine are, and I get compliments on them all the time.

You wanna know something funny I found out
honestly, when I look at the picture just like it is, the right side looks prettier, and I honestly didn't like at first how the left side looks (not trying to be offensive just my thought)
but...
I then covered the left side to look at the right side only, it looks beautiful, as expected
but then I covered the right side to look at the left side only, it looks really beautiful as well!! really!!
the eyes and the lips look really good even without makeup
most people are gonna tell you right away that the left side is prettier, that natural beauty is better, blah blah....
I really don't think most of them will be telling the truth
I just wanted to point that out, hope I don't offend anyone
