In this post-Convergence universe, the Hand is under the leadership of the self-proclaimed messiah, Gill. As we know Gill is searching their chosen people, and they have been behind a majority of the world's events and criminal organizations to attain their ends. Since Gill killed "The Beast", it was obvious that Gill would be taking over the Hand.

Madame Kolin:
A powerful cryokinetic warrior. While a lieutenant, she acts as Gill’s voice because she’s dedicated to him. Her loyalty, however, is put on trial as she’s sympathetic with the Black Sky’s (Matt Murdoch) own agenda. He in turn urges her to find her own path, stating that the faith is not without their flaws. Her martial art is Systema (Like Black Widow) and ice fist technique. She’s as calculating and mysterious as Madame Gao.

Min Murdoch:
Known as Despicable Minpool, the New Evil Gwenpool or Daredevil's daughter. Born in Madripoor, under HYDRA, Min never knew a quiet life. All of her life, like her superior Yukio, was spent fighting both the Yashida clan and A.I.M. She loss her own life at Hideki Kurohagi hands. Mariko, better known as the Scarlet Samurai, became one of the Damyo after being resurrected by the Hand. Feeling guilty of the deaths of Wolverine’s friends, she decided to use the Elixir to resurrect her. Min escaped the Hand because she was deemed unworthy of being the Hand’s Treasure and became an agent of M.O.D.O.K., later renamed the Poole Boys. Gwenpool used the Poole Boys -Min included- to save the city from Teuthidan weapon-dealers. She -like all of the other Poole Boys- was arrested. She unwittingly, returned to the Hand after meeting Matt Murdoch, who used both his law knowledge and the Hand influences to bail her out In Loco Parentis. She found the Evil Gwenpool custome in a New York trash can. She has a minor crush on Cecil.

Black Sky/Daredevil- Matt Murdoch: Current Damyo of the Hand. He was Known as Harbinger of Shadows and the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. Trained in Kimagure-ryu Martial arts by Stick and Bushinryu Ninjutsu by Zeku, he decided to betray both the Chaste and the Glade of Ninjas, in order to bring his own brand of justice to Hell’s Kitchen.

Harvester:
A member of the Assassin's Guild killed by Deadpool, but he was brought back to life by the Hand leader Murakami. Unlike Kolin, he’s fully committed to only to Murakami and Urien. He was tasked to find people with skills to be abducted and stricken from their Ki. He moves at super-speed while using Kenjutsu to hack anyone to death.

Tong Pooh:
Former leader of the Team-Four Winds. recognized from her sisters by her green clothes . The most skilled among her sisters, Tong Pooh combines her mastery of martial arts and acrobatics with kenjutsu (like Harvester), fighting with ShatterStar’s twin sword. After the Grandmaster Meioh’s defeat at the hands of Gamora and Strider Hiryu, plus Madcap’s escape on Knowmoon, the Team-Four Winds was scattered. She went from Mojoworld to Sakaar and saw ShatterStar getting beat by the Xgardian Zero. She nurse him back to health and Rusty gave her one of his Twinswords, made from Asgardian Steel by Eitri himself. She decided to go back to earth and try to kill Strider Hiryu with hew new weapon, But Matt appeared and gave her what she really wanted. A master.

Nakh:
Another former member of the Assassins Guild. A broken man (he was killed by Deadpool with a barb-wired kusari-gama wedgie during the events of Deadpool Assassin) that was resurrected by the Kimagure to serve as spy within the New Hand for his strange Shadowbending skills and to protect people from being kidnapped for Urien's sick experiments. He also aids their fellow spies from the Chaste and the Glade of Ninjas, Ibuki and Sarai to save Sakura Kasugano, at expenses of his life, again.
