Assumably a part of the Weevil stage show. Magician? Hard to get (non-cryptic) information out of. Likes tea (might be "special" tea). Supposedly witnessed the defendant leaving the crime scene.
Taking a day off because it's Easter, and wanted to try doing more of these sprite-ish things, so I decided to do one of a friend's character, because I never really got her a birthday present. Look how cheap I am.
