Or "Three ways of inking a drawing of Soy..." o_o;; The first title is more catchy...Okay, so we're going to learn inking-techniques at school tomorrow and on monday and tuesday next week. The homework we were given today was to draw three pictures and ink them with a pen and ink, a brush and ink and any inking tool of our choice. And since I was far too lazy to draw a new picture, I took a doodle of Soy I made on the train back to Malmö and made three quick copies of it with blue pencil, so I would be able to ink directly on the original drawing.
Let's see... The one to the left is drawn with a pen... I think it's a spoon pen, but I'm not sure o_o;; The middle one is drawn with a fineline pen size 0.3 (the pens I usually use for inking...), and the one on the right is drawn with a brush.
I like how the results were so different. I'm definitely going to get a more expensive brush, because it's fun to ink with that. =3

That's a pretty good Soy. Also not to get off topic, mind if I ask you something? What's the relationship between Kame and Luffy? Plus what do the rest of the strawhat crew think of the turtle clan crew?

... They're captains of their clans, and their way of thinking is sort of similar, even though Kame is less of a dimwit 
I think that the Strawhats probably could enjoy themselves with the turtle clan, but when it's time to part ways, the Strawhats would problably all sigh in relief, saying "I thought they would never leave... x_X"

The one in the middle took the longest time to do, since I had to go over the lines that were supposed to be thicker several times with the pen to make it look more dynamic. The one to the left took the least amount of time to do, and the right one was a bit difficult since I'm not used to working with a brush.

Yeah, I read you made it with a brush, the right one that is! D: That must have been difficult. :3 But that also depends on how thick the brush were, I'm mostly used at thicker brushes when I paint. ^^
And the middle one is really good.^____^ I wanna be able to ink that way too.... TTwTT

I used a size 4 daVinci brush (couldn't afford the Windsor & Newton brush I wanted... TT3TT), but it's a little too big (I'm used to working with 1's and 0's o_o; ), so I'm going to get a size 3 tomorrow unless it's raining, because I'm not walking in the rain when I can't find my umbrella )=
Aww, I'm sure you can. It's not hard once you get used to the pens.

I think my hands are a big shaky sometimes when I ink. :'3 Some lines gets all.....wierd. xD But I'll practise, until I'm used to it!

Yeah... it started raining really hard just when I got back from school this afternoon... I was lucky. But I didn't get to go shopping for a new brush. I had to stay at school for an extra hour to finish inking and copying the comic strips that has to be colored and done by 8:30 tomorrow morning o_o;;
Heh, you should have seen the lines I made this afternoon while inking my comic strips. I missed lunch because I was plotting with two of my classmates, and I didn't get to eat breakfast because I overslept, so I was all shaky from not eating >3

Yeah, we have three teachers that each gives us different deadlines. Right now, we have a deadline for monday where we're supposed to copy three images with ink. Then we also have a deadline for the 24th and another for the 30th of this month. ^^ So we're a bit stressed.
I did manage to hand them in this morning, but I don't have my hopes up that they'll be published ^-^

Det finns så många konsthandlar... Men om det finns någon affär som säljer konstmaterial, så fråga de i kassan om de har daVinci eller Windsor & Newton penslar. Det är de penslarna min lärare rekommenderade. Ska själv gå och skaffa en ny, lite mindre pensel idag.

Den penseln jag köpte (daVinci nummer 4) kostade 133:-, och den funkar. Ska köpa en som är lite mindre, dock...
