I made this avatar because #Decembersville Didn't have an avatar, and I thought it really deserved one. 
I fretted all day over this. It was either too big of a file, or it didn't end up how I wanted it.
FINALLY after like 6 hours of messing with it, I got this.
It is 29.9kb. The file size limit for a group avatar is 30kb.
