This is Pendulum Tin! Another one of 's amazing characters from her even more amazing story, Decembersville! ( Which has its own group! #Decembersville )
I did this with no reference, so I hope you all like it ^_^For those of you who don't read Decembersville, and don't know who Tin is: He is the Sun conjurer. His job is to bring the sun up every morning. Sadly though, because of the Aristocratic Vultures called the Von Pyre bros, he cannot do so. And the world of Decembersville has been cast into an eternal darkness.
