Description
The Extus is the pride and joy of the Cephaloid Space Exploration Organisation. Commanded by Captain Naomites, and a top-of-their-class crew of 50.

The Extus was the first officially launched space vessel used by the Cephaloids, and the first vessel to represent the species in contact with other alien races.

The surprising success of the ship's durability in space left it to become the example in which all future space vessels would be modeled on.

The Extus was in service for over 500 cycles under the command of Captain Naomites, and another 100 after Naomites had retired. During this time the ship has been through many rigorous situations and served the Cephaloids admirably. A brief period had left the ship to be stolen by the Grox, but was eventually returned after an attack on one of the Grox' colonies.
Another 600 cycles since the passing of Captain Naomites, the Extus stands as a memorial in the Cephaloid Museum of History on the homeworld of Paytus, the birthplace of Naomites. And every year the ship is dusted off and given a lap of the planet in memory of Naomites' passing.
