This is my new character, Melisande. Most people just call her Mel, though.I originally created her for the group. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline @___@ Ah well, if they open up applications again someday, I'll submit her then.
Background belongs to , its part of their official application form, just changed the color. I couldn't decide on a background, so I just went with that XDDD
