I love that you are expanding this to other species, this prehistoric/fantasy vibe really agrees with your style. However, unlike the rex I feel that the Giganto is not quite dragon enough and feels too much like a dino with wings, it could use just something a little extra to bring it's design front and center.
Also, the wing membranes have been looking rather thin on these dinos. I know it's so you can see the image over all buut it's something to keep in mind when you get to the final product.

It's pretty much extended to all giant theropods. Glad you like the theme. It does, I've been working on different designs and I'll post them soon.
Yes you're right, I'll try to have it more prominent. Thanks.

I liked that guy too (Saw-Acro ;D) but I didn't really feel it was right...at least not for Acrocanthosaurus. Metriacanthosaurus could work, though, what do you think?
And you like Giga here?

Perhaps.
It's fine; it doesn't really look like a Giganotosaurus, though. The real animal had fairly short legs compared to, say, a T.rex. Think of it as a proto-lindworm.

We'll see.
True. That is why I am re-working the Dragons. As I wrote in the Acro description, they will look mostly as thropods, only with wings, fire breath and some horns. Even their size will be around the theropods's they're based on. After all, you don't need to be gargantuan when you wield such a power.

Being gargantuan always helps. Always.

Well, it is also true that Dragons never stop growing..

There will come a point when they are too big to fly, but who needs flight when you can scorch the entire countryside with a single breath?

True. There still is the 'magic' card here, but we'll see about that. For now, a fire-breathing, intelligent and flying t-rex is enough.

Much like with dakka, a firebreathing, flying tyrannosaur is never enough.

Well, true...gah, stop tempting me! XD I WOULD make dragons akin to Kaiju, but better not to. It wouldn't really fit what I'm trying to do.

I've actually given the concept of dragons a thought, a creative exercise if you will. If I ever took on a fantasy world-building project I'd have dragons be fully reptilian and more akin to lizards and crocodiles with some minor dinosaurian features. Rocs, on the other hand, would be massive feathered dinosaurs more than capable of taking on a dragon.
That's how I'd do it.

Tried it. It would indeed be the easier and more creative way, but I wasn't convinced. Tried in many ways. Took inspiration from O'Connor's Roc design plus Smaug from The Hobbit img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20β¦ (who Peter Jackson forbade to have any Dino feature)Β and many more...but I always didn't feel that design worked for me. I suppose also I don't like the dino vs dragon theme or something (mostly cause I can't decide XD) So I'm now trying this way. And I prefer far more the fire-breathing theropods. With Rocs, well, I still have to think about it, but could either go with Argentavis or make them relatives of dragons who developed feathers instead of leathery wings and are unable to breathe fire (my guess being they don't like to take fire). Could also open the way to amphytheres and cuatl, not really set on that.
