Jess was one of Scarlets henchmen. She is the more mysterious one, as she did bully, but did the least talking. When she was in prison, she and Scarlet got into an argument, which ended up with Scarlet threatening to slit her throat. This caused her and James to stop associating with her. For her good behaviour in prison, she had her sentence reduced to years of community service rather then prison. It’s unknown if she has any remorse for her actions or not, she just doesn’t like to talk about it.
