Part 2 of the two requests byRaijinto is done, so now's the time for Prince Xander of Nohr's signature weapon, Siegfried!
Siegfried was one of five weapons crafted by the Rainbow Sage to be used by humans in order to end the war between the First Dragons. Alongside the dark tome Brynhildr, the lightning-embued katana Raijinto, and the Fujin Yumi, it is necessary in order to unlock the full power of the Yato. After the war, the blade was passed down through the Nohrian royal family. Its current known wielder is Xander, the crown prince of Nohr.
It is safe to note that one of King Garon's Fire Emblem Cipher cards depicts him in his youth wielding Siegfried. It is never mentioned in Fates if he was the wielder of the blade prior to Xander. Similarly, one of Leo's cards depicts him wielding Siegfried after the events of the Birthright storyline, though it is never mentioned in Fates proper.
During the Heirs of Fate Xenologues, Siegbert, Xander's son, inherits the sword and uses it as his main weapon.
Like with Raijinto before, I added the Nohrian Emblem for aesthetics for this piece. I only take credit for the art; nothing more.
