Some time after doing Erdrick's Sword, as well as the Supreme Sword of Light, there is still one more influential blade in the Dragon Quest series to take care of and here it is: the Zenithian Sword!
The Zenithian Sword, along with the Shield, Armor, and Helm, are crucial equipment in the Zenithian Trilogy in the Dragon Quest games, only to be used by the legendary heroes in those game. Also, unlike the Arms of Erdrick, the story can not progress unless all the parts of the Zenithian Equipment are obtained. In its two appearances, when used as an item, the Zenithian Sword casts the ability 'Disruptive Wave', which removes all buffs on all enemies.

In Dragon Quest 4, after obtaining the hot-air balloon, the party travel to the World Tree and within, find a lost Zenithian named Orifiela, who leads the way to the sword itself. The blade is later empowered by the Zenith Dragon, making it a potent weapon.

In the events of Dragon Quest 5, the blade was already located and obtained by the protagonist's father, Pankraz, before the start of the game. Due to the blade's ability to limit its use to only the legendary hero by increasing its weight to others, Pankraz was unable to properly lift and wield the blade, and thus had it stashed away in a cache in the Whealbrook Adit, where years later his son would find the blade, along with his father's letter and his mission.

The blade itself has a predecessor with a completely different look and effect in the events of 'Dragon Quest 6', known as the 'Sword of Ramias', which deals bonus Zap damage with each swing and casts Oomph when used as an item in battle.

In Super Smash Ultimate, the blade, along with the Zenithian Shield, is used by the fourth protagonist, Solo, when used as the skin for 'Hero'.

This is one of the most complicated designs for a blade I had done, and... I'm sorry if the design on the tip does not match. There is a sheath, but for once, I will not include it.
