After doing the legendary blades from the Dragon Quest series, I decided to do a simpler blade from the series. ...Why I am doing this, two days after my birthday? Eh... whatever.

The Steel Broadsword is a recurring weapon from the Dragon Quest series, often the first mid-tier sword a player can obtain. A standard sword with a long blade forged from steel and a yellow hilt and crossguard, it often marks the turning point from early game weapons to mid-level weapons, being an effective weapon in terms of attack power and gold cost. The blade has appeared in every main entry in the series, as well as multiple spin-offs.

I did my best to interpret the lighting for the very simple design of the blade. And the scabbard was personally interpreted from this, paired with an Iron Shield:dragon-quest.org/images/4/4d/I…
