On the back of the head we can see red voldemort’s eyes. They are certainly rolled. It’s hard to be together for them both.

It isn’t difficult to understand why Quirrell feels bad in this situation. There is another one, slithering and sprouting into the brain and growing out of the Quirrell’s skull. He is a ruler? A tyrant, with very strong will and he has many wishes and things to do but he need Quirrell’s mind and body for the real steps on his way. Quirell feels like puppet or slave.

Voldemort’s disappointment we also can see clear. He climbs fiercely and with all his cunning from his almost eternal imprisonment through Quirrell’s body. In comparison with little animals human body is a real jackpot when he almost lost faith in salvation. On the one hand Quirrell doesn’t have many virtues - he is always trembling, frightened, vulnerable, wants to ruin all his tasks, and he spends all voldemort’s forces which Voldemort greedily wants accumulate more and more. But on the other hand this great chance happened because of him. But Voldemort feels exhausted. He spends a lot of his power and energy for their long nervous walk through Hogwarts and he feels how deep Quirrell’s fear is and how deep Quirrell wants to get away in panic, when Voldemort’s mind give him some freedom for a moment.

It’s a hard collaboration and the skull is too little for two. Another mind isn’t simple and comfortable place for living even for the dark wizards. But Voldemort likes extreme things, hard ways and human’s brain too. And he is continuing this invasion.
