Albus has got different types of wedges: some are sweet as candies, another are acid made from real lemon.I like lemon (of course, I know that in book we have candies not lemons)), how interesting lemon slices looks and their sour-sweet taste. And I like a jar which is rough and handmade. And I like the sorrow, doubts and sophisticated state of mind when I look at Albus. How careful he takes the lemon slice, inhales its smell, remembers of something…
Albus covered in the shadow and thoughts, he’s stand aside, hidden from this fairy light, but the beam is floating through his long hair and healing the sorrows. Warm gleaming of phoenix’s feather brings calmness and makes everything colorful and festive. And you can believe that everything will ended and melt away even in your soul. And will start again, after. It’s a circle of live and the phoenix always remembers about this great mystery of the world.
The colorful light warms soul, coloring everything inside, and creates the fairytale which everyone want to find.

Хмм, да, это русское привнесение, потому что у нас это традиционная сладость, до сих пор же, кажется, продается. А так шербет этот на картинках на какие-то мини-зефирки похож, а американский автор вон вообще скорее в виде мороженого предствляет: lemon sherbet
А drops да, это конфетки или типа монпансье что-то: Care for a lemon Drop? Но все-таки традиционно оригинал не перепереводят заново, так что, может, сделать пояснение, что у нас их так перевели, потому что см. выше?
