so yes, I've been away for a while because technical problems and stuff but now I'm back.now in a semi-related note, let's say, if your hard disk start clicking and making sounds like crazy, does that mean I should be looking for a new one? my HD is like 7 years old btw.

It's a lot easier to get your data off while the drive is still functional, before it starts developing bad sectors and whatnot. If your drive is really that old, I'd suggest replacing it before the worst happens.

The click is the swan song that comes before death, my friend. Back up all of your files immediately, before your disk makes its last spin. If you can find a new hard drive that is compatible with your old tower, and feel comfortable replacing it yourself, you can save money that way. Otherwise, you'll have to either take it to a shop or buy a new system.

About your hard drive: there's something called S.M.A.R.T. Control Tools that are often used to diagnose if a HDD is failing or about to fail.
