Long ago,in a college graphics course,we were assigned to create a trick-or-treat bag with a unique design;I created one with the image of a grungy-looking vampire and witch,behind the wheel of a hot-rod,done in the unique style of Ed "Big Daddy" Roth,someone who's inspired me for years.Unfortunately,I lost that piece long ago...so in celebration of Halloween,I've done a new version,once again drawing from Roth but also including the iconic devil's head created by Chris Cooper a.k.a. Coop...my witch is now the Beautiful Girl Of The Month...at least the one envisioned by Basil Wolverton for the May 1954 issue of MAD.
