Description
This is my version of an unrealized idea for Disney's Haunted Mansion.It was conceived by Marc Davis,one of the original Disney animators,as well as one of the chief contributors to what the Mansion eventually became;he was responsible for many of the humorous scenes in the attraction.I got to thinking about this because in the Doomed Adventurer's Club...my re-interpretation of the Mansion relocated to Adventureland (a scene-by-scene description of which can be found in my gallery)...I use this idea as a substitute for the ghostly hitchhikers.

I really miss the Adventurer's Club. I heard some of the masks and things were tied in to the new restaurant at the Magic Kingdom with the Jungle Cruise theme. As much as I thoroughly enjoy Disney Springs, I still miss the old Adventurer's club.

Several times. Every time was a hoot and the show a bit different. We would take our time and walk around to look at the masks and other decorations on each level!
