Years ago,illustrator Bruce Timm...who's been a favorite of mine ever since "Batman:The Animated Series"...did "Jolly Old St. Nicholas",a comic book story about Clayface attempting to rob a Gotham department store during the holiday season.Barbara Gordon,who just happens to be shopping there,ducks into a nearby dressing room and quickly changes to Batgirl.
Timm also did an alternate version,in black and white,where Barbara decides to just strip down and change into her heroic alter-ego right smack-dab in the middle of a fleeing crowd who,presumably,are so consumed with their own self-preservation that they fail to even notice the (implied) naked redhead in their midst.
This inspired me.

And for those of you who wonder what it'd be like if they did notice her:
