Bebop from my reimagining of the TMNT. Like Rocksteady, I wanted these two to be legitimate mercenaries and not just buffoon henchmen. Bebop is less militant than Rocksteady, but even more ruthless. Unhappy with not being able to use standard weapons with his mutated hands, he had one hand removed and replaced with a mechanical hand.
