So, I bought Professor Layton and the Curious Village on a whim a few days ago (actually, it wasn't completely on a whim, because I've seen a lot of adorable/hilarious fanart for it, as well) and holy crap, is it awesome or what?Seriously, if you have a DS, buy that game. It's an amazing puzzle game, all wrapped up with a mysterious plot, charming characters and the neatest cutscenes. : D (I haven't played too many DS games, but I don't think many of them have actual anime cutscenes.)
I just beat it today, and I got 10 hours out of it before I reached the end. And I still have a lot of puzzles and extras left to complete!
Ah, so, anyway... This is from one of my favourite cutscenes, where Layton and Luke are being chased by a runaway ferris wheel. XD It's hilarious. Here it is on Youtube (the video quality's a little shoddy, though.) If there's a higher-quality one released, I'll change the link.

You illustrated the scene very nicely, and this artwork is so colorful. I like how even though Luke and Layton are a very small part of the artwork you've well-portrayed the urgency of their situation, as well as theirs and the ferris wheel's movement. It looks splendid! Very good artwork.

This and the making (and flying of) the curtain/globe stand/string/curtain hanger/chair contraption were my two favorite scenes XD
Only bad thing is when you finish the game and get the bonus material and watch the video, THE MUSIC IS GONE DX NO ACCORDION MUSIC FOR ME, I GUESS..... Except, I'm smart, I kept a save file right before the cutscene, so I can see it in all of its accordion-musicked glory XD

I was depressed, I was like "Hey! Now I can get rid of that save point because I have the videos saved up in the bonus section!" I proceeded to watch the video and was shocked to hear no accordion music. IT'S NOT THE SAME WITHOUT IT XD

It's the coloring style of the art, I think. XD And plus the whole "running away from something that's rolling" theme present in the picture.
