Great episode. Amy is so talented, it is sadΒ that she is no longer on the writing team. Alas, I wish I could take her position. Does anybody else think that RaRa kind of looked like Ember McLain initially?

I was confident that this one would deliver. Β The story itself is a simple case of helping an old friend find the right way in life. Β The song was amazing, the continuity callbacks were appreciated, and Rara is just the cutest thing! Β Not strong enough for A+ or anything, but a very good episode with- as you said- its heart in the right place.

I give this one a solid 'A' as well. We hadn't heard any songs in an episode for a while so it was nice to be treated to three of them in this one, even though they had to be cut short for time. If the two-part season finale is as good as this one episode was, this season will be going out on a good streak.

Another episode that is definitely one of the better ones. This episode was not like your general episode where a pony tries to solve something, works for a while, fails, and then it works again. That's what happened last episode btw.Β
Great songs and I loved them and this is me being bias, but I kinda wish there were drums for the end song and beginning song to make it more upbeat. The middle song however I was just thinking "Take that brony music makers. Daniel Ingram bested you to this one."

I loved the moral about being true to yourself despite different routes your life could take. While we've seen this moral taught before, I loved the way it was handled here. There was also Rara, who is an awesome character with brilliant singing chops, some nice continuity nods, and a cute back story between Applejack and Rara. Svengallop as a character didn't do anything for me, but honestly, I can look past that, because everything else is so good.
