I heard that Gladys Hippo from Rocko's Modern Life has 2 different kinds of voices, of which sound like Cow and Red Guy, of whom are also voiced by Charlie Adler. In the universe of the live action Rescue Rangers film, the way that Gladys Hippo sounds off camera I would imagine doesn't sound like any of them, but I suppose they'd have something to say to her about copying their voice, even though she got her big break first.
