Hector the brain with his mind of his own would look pretty disturbing to see out and about in the universe of the live action Rescue Rangers film, as would other characters that take the form of body parts. He off camera would however not have the sort of voice that he had in Evil Con Carne, which I believe was a distorted voice that would've been tweaked in the recording booth.
