This is wonderful. I've never made a custom pony before, but I'm tempted to make a Luna of my own after seeing this.

I don't think you've touched on this in your (very easy to follow) how-tos, yet, but what do you use for sculpting? Do you mix an epoxy, or use a non-shrinking clay, or something else?

I use Super Sculpey clay, baked for 5 minutes at 275 degrees. Make sure you lay them on a flat edge (the bottom of the head/where the plug goes and the hoof, not on its side or something- it will deform, see where I melted Luna's face above her eyebrow, her head fell off in the oven) and only bake the part if it has clay on it, and do not touch until fully cooled.
I have used Apoxie sculpt before and I love it, but it's expensive and annoying to get ahold of. :/ I would use it if I could!
