Description
This one is based on a dream I had which was part day residue, part symbolism. The dialogue translates almost directly into a conversation I had shortly before going to bed about certainty in relationships and the idea of being in love as a conscious decision rather than an uncontrollable force. The White Knight represents the person I had the conversation with.I wish I'd used some kind of reference while doing it, as I spent a lot of time just trying to figure out how things should look. Some readers noted that Cyaneus has gotten more eastern looking--or at least longer. Overall I'm happy with it. I drew the panels so large that each them of them is desktop size or larger, and the last one is actually my current desktop.

hah! thats creapy. sorry. i'm developing a comic at the moment and well one of the main charactors is, is, well is a white knight. only he's one cause he chose not to fight the dragon but protect it.
the white night is hurt by the evil king and the dragon takes pitty and they merge (the white night and the dragon) into one entity.
my knight is St george lol

"I decided to be one" has to be one of the strongest, clearest messages I've seen in a long while; I keep finding myself coming back to that panel, hit again and again by just how bluntly clear it is.

I enjoy the symbolism, but I wonder if the dragon really chose to be a dragon. Was it born a dragon, or was it once a human that became a dragon through magic? either way, the conversation is truly meaningful in a refreshing way. ^_^ great job

Art based off of dreams tend to be very interesting... That good 'ol dream world... where all sorts of imagination runs wild, thinking its own thoughts you'd never, dare I say it, DREAM of
I say it's quite poetic. A sort of philosophy that is expressed in a most interesting way. Questioning what is, what isn't, what will be, and what was. Even though you spoke of this representing a relationship conversation you had before bed, I think that the statement of questioning all that is, isn't, was, and will be still holds some truth...

From this piece, I thought it's meant to be "Who should do what" or maybe about one's decision in their path.
In first panels, it seems to be like, it's going to be a humor or something. But I see more meaningful things from this.
