When I decided to make this, I hadn't written in my paper journal or drawn an emotional picture in half a year. A lot of things happen in half a year. But yes, I am still just as slow to fall in love and even slower to move on from it. It's not so hard to just pick up another torch, idiomatically speaking, but picking up another relationship is something else entirely.Related content

Maybe it's a dragon thing. It's really hard for me to let go of a love I may never see again, and I still refuse to seek out another.
Then again, me being infinitely more affectionate to dragons than to humans has something to do with that too.

I've never met a dragon person who wasn't stubborn. Perhaps it's our stubbornness that keeps us holding on.

Maybe it's because we're so stubborn that we're capable of retaining what makes us dragons. It would certainly be easier to adjust to our current situation if we changed ourselves on the inside, but for some reason, we don't.
