Sylvester Jones is a burgular who often stole purses and wallets from anyone just because he's kleptomaniac but he took it too far when he stole a briefcase full of money he accidently bumped into Rahzar who begged him not to tell cops which he did only to be captured and was later experimented and turned into a mutant panther and is forced to serve te Shredder. With his newfound powers he became a respected henchmutant but sometimes he doubts himself for getting himself into his own mess and sometimes gave Turtles information.

Abilities: Brute Strength agility powerful roars sharp claws and teeth.
