Slash

Species: Mutant gopher tortoise

Slash was Krang's first mutant experiment and first mutant he controlled. Mutated from a gopher tortoise, Slash was known for being a very versatile and deadly mutant in combat, being labeled as, "Slash the Berserker." But Slash was also abused and tormented by his owner Krang due to his less than average intellect. When encountering the Turtles for the first time, Slash felt a familial reptilian connection to them, due to them being turtles like him. Inspired by the Turtles's courage and teamwork, Slash turned on his creator Krang and became allies with the Turtles, going on to be a member of the Mighty Mutanimals.

Weapons: Dual battle knives, battle mace

Slash's personality is inspired by Drax from Guardians of the Galaxy, as they're both violent warriors, who both have a soft side and aren't very smart. Slash's battle name, Slash the Berserker, is similar to the name, Drax the Destroyer.
