Bob the Boil Monster

In an effort to help Elmer with his boil by wishing up a super zit cream, Timmy accidentally causes the boil to gain sentience and mutates into a horrible mutated multi-eyed monster that's still attached to Elmer and so Timmy has to try and save his friend from his own problem.
