Probably the last question I'll ask you, but I noticed your MSAA was at 8x. I have a good CPU, but it doesn't have that option. Is there a way to say, manually enable it?

If you have a Nvidia card, you can use the Nvidia settings menu to manually boost your AA up to 16x.

Depending on your amount of blur and your focus, your character will shift and go blurry. Set your focus on your character by using the designated slider.

I've run into a huge problem with this tutorial: Camera tool does not let the light and lamp tools work.
I need the camera tool for comics....

Of course it lets them work. How do you think I made these pictures?

I've found the problem. Lamp toggle is bound to delete on the keypad.

Hardly the first time it's happened, it happened twice at the same time when I first took a break from sfm, I didn't know "enable lighting" was unchecked or that disabling sound will disable sound when it renders and while making gameplay as well.... >.<
I also recently learned that mat_fullbright defaults to 1 in SFM for some stupid reason. Might just be non-HDR maps though. Would explain why they always seem brighter.

Worth the weight, though.
Was that a good joke? Do I win a prize?

I know that under certain circumstances (e.g. when dealing with bloom) it can look like crap, but overall it enhances pictures in my opinion.
Just now I browsed the workshop and replaced my permanent vignette with an overlay version that can be turned off.

if you use F12 it takes a jpeg and stores it in the steam screenshot folder but also takes a tga file and stores it in the garrysmod/garrysmod/screenshots folder.
good tutorial by the way, didnt know about the thing you did with the barrel, will come in handy

Aside from console commands, I pretty much do everything (else). Console commands just feel unnatural to me and there are already good effects and post processing stuff in Gmod already. I like the cartoonish style, it feels right with me.
