Wow... just wow! I mean, the improvement shown here is quite amazing!!
Okay, you want a critique? Then let me tell you that I love the body! The hair mostly. I think it's flow captivates. And the dress is quite unique. Is it made with feathers or something alike? It looks like it. Actually, it reminds me of Katniss's dress in Catching Fire.
The lines are well done, and it's not sketchy, but clean and perfect!
Just... well, the face kind of bothers me. It could be well proportioned if only the face were larger, or the eyes were closer and a little bit higher. And a tip: use softer lines for the nose (on the zone nearer the eyes) if you're not going to shade. It looks a little too dull there.
Out of that, I'm quite impressed, and not many things impresses me. Amazes me, yes, but impresses... not quite.

Whoa, I mean first off, thank you for your honest critique and sweet comments! I tried to make the dress look like it did in the drawings in "Improvement" and I had no idea what I was thinking when I drew that, so this time I tried to make it look like feathers and I'm really glad that you could tell and liked the dress. Thanks for the advice on the face, I'll keep that in mind when drawing in the future! Yeah, I've kind of picked up the habit of drawing harsh lines on characters faces from watching SWTCW, even though my style is quite different from the show. I think you're totally right though, that the face is a bit disproportionate, and I really appreciate you being honest about that. I mean wow, thank you so much, that honestly means the world to me to know that I'm improving and that even one person enjoys my art! (:
