I love how you sneaked in Hannibal Chow as one of the villainous forces out to get poor Newton. Plus, beautiful rendition of Onibaba, who's my favorite kaiju in the film, despite my respect for Leatherback.

I like Ron Perlman too much to have left him out, even if the focus is on Charlie's character.
Onibaba (I think that's the child-scaring crab) was an interesting design; I think it actually looks more impressive in the final film than in the concept artwork, since most of the bright colors were flushed out and replaced with a spooky stone gray.
