Factions and Enclaves
Major factions of Post-nuclear Russia
Tsardom of Russia ("Ural" Vault, later Noviy Orenburg) - monarchists
Russian Soviet Socialist Republic ("Donets" Vault, later Leninodar) - communists. Also known as USSS (Union of Soviet Socialist Settlements).
Russian National Socialist Republic ("Caucasus" Vault, later Prometeysk) - nazis. Also known as Fourth Reich.
Metropolis (Moscow Subways) - underground town. Symbols are in WiP.
Necropolis (St.Petersburg Subways) - underground town, magocracy. Symbols are in WiP.
Voljsky Trade Union (Torjok) - trade union of villages near ex-Nizhny Novgorod and along the Volga river.
Izhevsk Technocracy (Izhevsk) - advanced (compared to other Wasteland) enclave, largest tech- and weapon-market of Russian Wasteland. They seek, research and copy any pre-War technology they can find. Keeps themselves neutral to most of other enclaves participating in the new Grate Game, selling their toys to everyone who can pay.
Brotherhood of St.George (Sergiyev Posad) - ancient Russian monster-hunting holy order, survived the Apocalypse
Golden Horde (no determined center) - "union" of nomad villages (auls) of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc
Russian Army (center unknown) - remnants of Pre-War Russian Military.
New Hope County (Hope Town) - enclave to the north of former Cherepovetsk, founded by former prisoners of war (mostly of American origin), mixed with local survivors.

Partially-inspired by Metro - and by a bunch of other post-apocalyptic settings and stories. However, it is based on Age of Aquarius, Russian paranormal detective PnP RPG.

Немного странно, что у Ижевской Технократии флаг и герб Удмуртии, или территориально она занимает всю территорию Удмуртии? P.S. мне как ижевчанину льстит эта фракция, хотя она ну уж очень напоминает Братство Стали, особенно своим патчем

Ижевская Технократия занимает изрядную часть Удмуртии, по крайней мере - официально. С фактическим контролем официально занимаемой территории всё немного сложнее - в конце концов, это постапокалипсис %)
Роль ИТ в сеттинге несколько отличается от таковой у Братства Стали. Если Братство намерено захапать все технологии и держать их у себя, то ИТ - это научно-техническая мекка Пустоши и крупнейший производитель и продавец новодельного оружия и снаряжения в Пустоши.

If you're a mutant with visible features - you'll be shot on sight. If you're not Caucasian - they may shoot, it may depend on mood of patrol's officer. Racial ideas are popular among RNSR.
If not - they'll think. If you're wearing emblems of RSSR - they'll think hard. Tension between this two factions is rather high.

Well... They existed during before WW1, they existed during WW2 (Vlasov's army), they exist now...
However, unlike some of our western neighbours, we don't praise them. Vlasov and others like him were shameful pages in Russian military history.

Крупнейшие анклавы Русской Пустоши играют в Большую Игру, желая стать единственной силой на Русской Пустоши... Правда, пока Большая Игра сводиться к грызне на словах и игре на пока не определившиеся мелкие анклавы - для боя всерьёз участники слишком далеко расположены.
Не участвуют в Игре:
Орда - потому что Орда она только на словах и представляет собой весьма условный союз аулов. Все её "внешнеполитические" действия ограничиваются набегами на границы Русского Царства (с весьма переменным успехом, особенно после создания в Царстве подразделений оперативного реагирования, Пограничной Казачьей Стражи) и торговлей с ним же. Ибо раздрай и раздробленность.
Армия - потому что она ещё дальше от места событий, чем все прочие, где-то на Дальнем Востоке, за малопроходимыми (особенно после Армагеддона) сибирскими лесами и пока что гораздо больше занята восстановлением приличных путей сообщения с западной частью Пустоши.
Георгианцы - потому что обеты (соблюдаемые гораздо охотнее, нежели в более спокойные времена) не позволяют им вмешиваться в политику... Чисто с эмоциональной точки зрения, некоторые из участников Большой Игры нравятся им гораздо больше, чем другие... Но Братство никому не отказывает в помощи (за исключением военной и политической).
Ижевск - потому что он делает на приближающемся противостоянии свой нейтральский гешефт, торгуя оружием и отрытыми технологиями со всеми участниками.

Нет. А что за "Метро 2066"?
Метрополис - один из множества человеческих анклавов, переживших Армагеддец, и ставший достаточно заметной политической силой. Единый анклав, расположенный в Московском Метрополитене. Впрочем, планируют оттуда убраться - в Москве, конечно, можно много всякого намародёрить, но она расположена в кольце многочисленных ЗАТО, где после Армагеддона начало творится что то страшное.
