Hm... Not quite.
Great Khans are imposters and a cultural mixture of mongols and bikers.
Golden Horde are actual descendants of original Golden Horde soldiers, and I mix modern culture of them and Golden Horde's era.
The only common thing is that I use a bit modified Khans logo for now (I'll make my own a bit later).

So this is basically what would happen if Metro 2033 and Fallout would be set in the same world? That is actually a interesting idea.

Well... Not basically Metro and Fallout...
This is my own setting, based on Era Aquarius setting (Russian mystical detective RPG), Age of Atom is one of variants of future (others are Age of Stars (sci-fi) and Ahe of NET (cyberpunk)).
To prevent mystical Armageddon (personal visit of Abaddon and his demons), world leaders decided to organize their own, nuclear (according to Era Aquarius setting, nuclear blast is the only thing, that can destroy spirits, demons and gods). Nuclear Armageddon gave humanity one more chance.
Main setting of Age of Atom takes part 60 years after the Armageddon.
Anyway, I must admit, I use Metro 2033 and Fallout as inspiration source. As well as STALKER and many other post-apocalyptic and nuclear-related settings.
