I've remade this scene three times in the last year. The original version is here . It was a simple scene of Arden just examining the portal. I remade it again earlier this year, which resulted in Arden with new hair, some new textures, and adjusting the overall color. But I felt like the scenes were too simple. I wanted magic. And I decided to try a new perspective. This took nearly three hours to render, with some noise still present.
