Fusion Starlet is a fused entity combining the bodies of Hyper Starlet and Ultra Starlet.

Since the Starlets are blood sisters of their same alien race, they have the ability to fused their bodies into a super-powered entity multiplying their combined powers ten times stronger and enabling her with superhuman strength, speed, invulnerability, and the ability to emit powerful blue/aquamarine-colored energy blasts from her hands and eyes. Fusion Starlet can also have powerful abilities including time and space travel, hyperspace flight speeds, and phasing through solid objects, and well as chanting an ancient spell which enables her to grow up to 10 stories high. The side effect, however is that Fusion Starlet can only keep her form for no more than 10 minutes. If she holds her form for more than 10 minutes, she reverts back to the two sisters splitting back to their normal forms, unable to fuse again unless they reached their full power levels again.

Hyper Starlet and Ultra Starlet only needed to became Fusion Starlet as a last ditch desperation effort when fighting extremely powerful adversaries and obstacles.
