Here is my most ambitious artistic project - Seven Souls Throne. This drawing is one of my oldest ideas and finally I have just fulfilled it! I called this drawing "a mystical art", cause it express my deep fascination with arcanum knowledge and prophecies: it contains many hidden symbols and its root is in many, different cultures, myths and religions. There are references to many prophecies about Apocalipse and III World War from Bible but also from Nostradamus's prophecies. You will find here symbols taken from Islam, Judaism and Christianity. So this drawing indeed is an artwork of great spiritual fusion.
Everything here have a deep, hidden meaning, so that, the understanding of my artistic and mystical vision can be difficult, or even impossible without explanation, but this time I will risk and leave the interpretation to you. Just let you know, there is no haphazardous elements - everything is there not without a reason; everything has its place and it is not occasional too. Even the Night Fury character is not only a simple fan-art but it has its secret meaning, much deeper than you think.
I hope you will have a great pleasure from watching this drawing and equally great fun from looking for this hidden symbols and unscrambling them. I'm really curious how many of them will you find and understand?
I’m sure that some of them would really surprised you. Happy searching, my dear friends!

P.S. I'd like to dedicate the seraph angel character to my dear friend and the Muslim woman character is my little tribute to

Oto i moje najbardziej ambitne dzieło artystyczne - Tron Siedmiu Dusz! Ten rysunek to jeden z moich najstarszych pomysłów i nareszcie, właśnie go zrealizowałem. Nazwałem ten rysunek "dziełem mistycznym", ponieważ wyraża moja głęboką fascynację wiedzą tajemną i proroctwami: zawiera wiele ukrytych symboli a ich źródło leży w wielu, różnych kulturach, mitach i religiach.
Jestem pewien, że wiele z nich naprawdę was zaskoczy! Miłych poszukiwań, moi drodzy przyjaciele!
Niewielka podpowiedź, mała wskazówka; hode he sofia estin...

Hmmm... pachnie mi to Rydwanem Boga z wizji Izajasza.

Nadzieja i zagrożenia. Ale moje barwy to beż i czerń, bowiem mym mottem jest "Nadzieja jest przereklamowana". (Beż = martwe złoto) Do pełnej interpretacji trzeba poszukać w grach komputerowych. Konkretnie w "Deus Ex 3: Bunt Ludzkości".

As a child
You would wait
and watch from far away
But you always knew that youd be the one to work whyle they fight
In youd, youd lay... Awake at night at scheme
of all the thing that you would change
but it was just a dream
The time will come when you will have to rise
Abobe the best, improve yourself
your spirit never dies.
Farewell Had gone, to take my throne above,
But dont weep for me, cause this will be
the labour of my love
HERE WE ARE DONT TURN AWAY NOW
WE ARE THE WARRIORS THAT BUILD THIS TOWN
HERE WE ARE DONT TURN AWAY NOW
WE ARE THE WARRIORS THAT BUILD THIS TOWN FROM DUST.

oh. my. goodness!!! this thing is overflowing with spiritual meaning! all the little details... just wow. I am glad you realized this idea of yours, and shared it. it looks like an ambitious art project indeed, and you did it brilliantly! I just wish my knowledge of religion and symbolism was a bit bigger, than I knew what it all meant
I feel honored that you dedicated the angel to me thank you, that's really kind!
... first I wondered 'where is the night fury?' I didn't see him immediately
Now I am going to stare at it for a couple of hours or so, it's such an amazing piece! and I just keep seeing new details

You have no idea how happy am I hearing that you like this drawing so much! It was definitely one of the most ambitious projects in my all artistic carrier; maybe that's why I'm not fully satisfied from the effect ("Lullaby for Toother" was much better). But it was an experiment; many human characters in difficult poses, extraordinary light source ( the he that sat upon the throne) and long time of creation (I've been working on this drawing since October 2014). I hope that this drawing would be a good occasion to play into Sherlock Holmes; I could write a full description of this drawing - just like I've been doing with all past drawings - but it would be really loooooooong, so I've leave this to you with hope that someone will even try to find this all hidden symbols and understand theirs meaning.
That's nothing big, my dear. It was a pleasure for me! I love your angelic character Altair, just like all other amazing arts and when I've started to draw a Seraph I have immediately thought about you and your Altair; Altair is here, not literary but be sure that "Altair" has been depicted here too ;D I'm wondering, will you find it?

queenofeagles In reply to DanGref [2015-02-19 10:23:58 +0000 UTC]
I think every artist has that; never being satisfied with his/her own work, especially if it involves a difficult piece. Big pieces have so much details/people/difficult light sources/whatever in them, there is always something that turned out a bit different than expected. Luckily, spectators think differently I think you did a wonderful job here, it's perfect
since October? woow... I wish I had the patience and motivation to work on something for that long... I think I've never seen a piece by you that contains so many people; rather different than Toother How did that go? are you going to do that more often?
I can imagine that the description would be quite long here... maybe you can drop a few hints or so I am afraid I will not find all the hidden meanings, I am not very good at playing sherlock
I think I know where Altair is; I just noticed that you made a brilliant accurate drawing of the night sky (seriously, the constellations and stars have exactly the right scale and brightness! It's almost scares me!) Altair must be there

Yea... this "insatiability" is the best measurement of artistic ambition. So, maybe I'm too ambitious, cause I'm permanently unsatisfied from the standard of my works. But I understand that they are good and if so many people think that they really are I have to agree with this opinion. Let you know, that I'm proud of this drawing; especially cause of this hidden symbols and mysterious meaning of each element of this composition. It has so many layers that sometime I forget about some of them. It was definitely the hardest project until now! I hope that there will be even few crazy people, enough ambitious to look for all of them ;D
I still think about some drawing in color but I would need some color pencils or tablet to make it. It's an equally ambitious project which follow on my favorite book "Chronoliths" by Charles Robert Wilson. Maybe this summer I will try to make it. We will see.
That would be a huge, monumental text; 2-3 A4 pages! Links to Nostradamus propherties and Bible, to old mythology from different cultures and religion, description of some historical events and difficult calculations. It would be too much for most of people here! Just look at the comet; it has came form Bible (Ap. 12; 3-4) and Nostradamus prophecies (Cen. V; Quatr. 32 , Cen. VI; Quatr. 6 , Cen. I; Quatr. 69). Stars are also very important; as you may notice, starry sky is a 100% realistic map of northern hemisphere sky; its position has also a hidden meaning too, cause in winter sky looks different than in summer. And what about Altair: I advice you to look for him below the horizon (little hint - Altair in astrology is an angel who protect against poisonous beast.) In Jewish mythology, stars are angels, that's why we say that God is a Lord of hosts; a commander of heavenly army, army of angels - army of stars, which march each day around the Earth on the dome of the sky and watch people.
Maybe now you will find more symbols easier and of course your dear angle - Altair!

queenofeagles In reply to DanGref [2015-02-23 15:56:22 +0000 UTC]
You can also look at it from a different perspective; if artists would always be satisfied with their work, then there wouldn't be much motivation to improve as long as you don't have a really bad image of yourself and your skills, but you are proud of your work, so that luckily not the case here
and I am sure that there must be someone somewhere staring at your drawing with a magnifying glass searching for all the hidden symbols!
oooh, colour! that would be awesome, but of course it's a choice you have to make; colour or greytones; it will be a great piece of art!
Damn, you can almost write a book about it... I admire it even more now, you must have done tons of research for it! maybe spread out over the years or so, but still; that impresses me just as much as the drawing itself
I think Altair would just be on the page if there wasn't a horizon. That bright star at the right side, next to the throne is Wega, am I right? It has been a while since I looked at a spring/summer night sky, and night skies are here nowhere near as dark as in your drawing I have to thank you by the way; your drawing has inspired me to draw a night sky as well. A winter sky, because I think Orion is such a pretty constellation
I didn't know Altair was an angel, or that all stars in Jewish mythology were angels, nice! I learned something new today

You're absolutely right; that's why I like this "insatiability" which require me to look for more ambitious ideas and improve myself as an artist. The thought that there are people, even few persons, who try to understand my arts and not only quickly watch them, gives me a hope and strength to create more stunning arts on the higher level of extraordinariness; cause if this art is just an another drawing and its true but hidden meaning is illegible for watchers there is no reason to make them more. No matter what we say, in fact, we always create arts for other people and the saddest thing which can happens to some artist is an incomprehension of his artworks. Fortunately, there are such a wonderful art connoisseurs like you, my dear, whose attention paid to artworks, which are not only a simple drawings but an artistic and intellectual challenges, is enough satisfying pay for such a work. Thank you, my dear for this; you show my that there was worth making this drawing for.
I hope that this year I will start a new cycle in my artistic activity; Chronoliths. I imagine this all color landscapes, exotic places and ruined cities above which are rising enormous monuments, deep-bleu mysterious crystal stone in human figure, clad in his own cloud, still partly covered by ice. I can't wait to draw this all pictures... I love this book!
Being honest, I was thinking about this, but long time ago. At the turn of the centuries, I was really crazey about prophecies and I was planing to write a story about the end of the world, according to Nostradamus and others prophecies; about comet impact, III World War and other stuffs - full long-time story. But after 9/11 I've realized that the real future will surprise me much more than I'm able to surprise my readers and even myself, so I have left this and focused on present.
You're right; that's Vega - one of the Summer Triangle's vertexes; others are Deneb and Altair. Deneb, the brightest star in constellation Cygnus is also depicted here in symbolic way, so if you'll find that "star"[!] you will find the third vertex - Altair.
And I agree that Orion is the most beautiful constellation: the Holly Gate to Underworld in Egyptian mythology, interpreted as an Osiris figure, god of death and underworld, walking through his kingdom on the dome of the sky under the line of ecliptic - the way of Sun which separate the World of Living-ones (above) from the World of Dead-ones (under). Mythology, not only Jewish, has so many stunning secrets...

As long as this insatiability is not that big that you’ll end up frustrated with everything you draw. Gosh, an uncomprehended artist is such a sad thing L but you are luckily not one of them can’t say that I understand everything in your drawing, but I am trying! Thanks
Ohhh, that sounds like an exciting project! Never read the book I am afraid, but I think I am going to change that if you are going to make fancy artwork about it you should do it, I am very curious about what you'll make!
The future is quite an unpredictable thing But it still might be worth a try to write it down, especially for someone like me who doesn’t know anything about prophecies. Comet impacts and world wars are fun! – in book form of course, not the real deal…
Woohoo, my stargazing skills have not completely left me! I considered studying astronomy for a while, but it turned out that I just love stargazing. Astronomy is a bit more abstract and less romantic than that, unfortunately. There is a star on your chest in the same place where Deneb is, is that it? If so, then Altair should be at your feet – like Toother? Feels like I am solving a puzzle here, I just have no idea if I am going in the right direction XD
I agree with that! Also funny how different cultures from all around the world create different stories about the same group of stars. I always thought Orion looked like an archer; apparently I am not the only one, according to Wikipedia

You're right. Frustration is very big danger if you want to play into "ambitious artist". I hope that I will never be such an artist... again. Now I just want to have a fun and artistic creation is my way to run out from my everyday problems. With empty sheet of paper and pencil in my hand I'm happy; I'm like a Plato's Demiurge - I can create whatever I want, I can do anything. Uncomprehending? Maybe. But I'm patient guy and I can wait for a long for that someone who will fully understand my art. But even now, watchers like you, my dear, are an enough good reason to say that I'm glad that I've made this picture and give you a pleasure of watching it.
Yea... indeed! When I finally get some tablet (or win a laptop, cause I'm waiting for results of literary contest in which I've joined) the firs digital art which I would made be the first chronolith from Chumphon. Oh, I can't wait to draw this...
Astronomy is so fascinating science; new worlds, magnificent miracles of nature, enormous beauty. It's so sad that in city stars are not visible as good as I wish to. In city man is "disconnected" with sky; artificial light and high buildings block out all view - I have missed Lovejoy comet, which I wanted to see in 2014. But today I have see a partal solar eclipse; here, in Kraków, for few minutes day has become a little bit darker; blue sky has change into gray, light has become weaker and shadows softer - I was really surprised that only 63% eclipse can be so well visible!
And you're right, my dear! Altair - an angel who protect against poisonous beast, like snakes and... dragons ;D Altair is exactly there wher is Toother's eye. Now you know how this all works!

queenofeagles In reply to DanGref [2015-03-21 21:00:50 +0000 UTC]
exactly! art should be fun for the artist! that other people can enjoy it as well is some sort of a bonus; though it's much more fun if they like it as well, but artist's needs should go first!
ohhh, you can win a laptop? that sounds like a big contest! I'll cross my fingers for you and luckily tablets are getting cheaper and cheaper! Wacom used to dominate the tablet market (okay, they still do...) but there are a bunch of other brands popping up as well now.
True, and light pollution is the worst here... well, except for the western parts of the Netherlands and maybe for Belgium. I went to Bryce Canyon and went stargazing over there; gosh, I was blown away by the amount of stars you could see! I had trouble recognizing constellations XD I really miss that feeling...
I am jealous; it was clouded in the Netherlands during the solar eclipse. The sky looked a bit darker and more miserable than usual, that was it -_- we had 84% eclipse, such a shame no one could enjoy it.
Nice, I love the contradiction in that! Altair, protector against dragons, is a dragon in your drawing! I feel so happy now that I solved a piece of your artistic 'puzzle'
