has been a great inspiration for me to start drawing DiD back then. He's a great artist and his characters are really cute.
So it was inevetable I'd draw one of his OCs - and now where I finally feel confident about my drawing skills, it happened: Rui, all wrapped up in some glowy tape. It might be magic, or some kind of high-tech restraint, depending on whether we're in the Fantasy Frontier or Space Damsels universe.
I also tried some new stuff with the shading, namely doing a bit more subtle painting work in addition to my usual cell shading. I think it looks quite nice. Either way, enjoy!

I don't know, you'd have to ask her, but she can't really answer.
But the pose looks decently comfortable, so after rolling around a bit she'll surely find a comfy position.

I'd say yes, they're not too tight and actually look kind of soft. Since they're constructed of some sort of energy they might even be nicely warm.

I was making light of the joke that several characters have referred to Rui as a guy/boy/male in Fantasy Frontier.
It's only happened a few times, so I didn't think anyone would catch it anyway.

I had tons of fun drawing her, maybe I'll do that more often in the future - if I may. And I'd not be opposed to seeing you do a picture of her again soon.
